The website is created by SNB Fashions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company), for sharing information on events and for displaying the Designs created by the SHYAMAL & BHUMIKA (hereinafter referred to as “the Designers”) and other information that SHYAMAL & BHUMIKA may permit SNB Fashions Private Limited to put up on the website.
The website also offers the facility of placing a direct request to the Designers for products of the Designers on display on this website. This facility is given for the sake of persons who cannot personally visit the store of the Designers and wish to express their interest in any of the product/s on display on the website. However, this request would not bind SNB Fashions Private Limited or the Designers into a legally enforceable agreement. The request form is merely to enable the user/visitor to express their interest in a product. Subject to availability, the Designers may respond to such a request.
3. Ownership rights/use of the resources
The domain name, website and resources thereof are of sole and exclusive ownership of the designers & SNB Fashions Private Limited. The content on the website is of the sole ownership of the Designers protected under copyright law, trademark law, database laws and other laws for the time being in force.
Copying, reproducing, re-publishing, translating, transmitting, distributing or adapting in any form, any part or whole of the website is prohibited. The users/visitors do not have any rights in respect of the website content, except for viewing purposes.

SNB Fashions Private Limited shall not be liable for any third-party websites that link to or from this website. The Designers do not endorse any such sites or products/services offered on such websites. The Designers and SNB Fashions Private Limited disclaim any responsibility for the products/services that may be offered on such websites.
5. Integrity, accuracy and security
SNB Fashions Private Limited takes reasonable care to maintain the accuracy of the information provided on the website. However, integrity, accuracy and security of the information given or shared over the Internet, is not guaranteed. The user/visitor understands and accepts the risks involved in transmissions over the internet and that no claim shall be made by the user/visitor in respect of the integrity, accuracy or security of content on the website or transmitted over the website.

After the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject/cancel an order at any point of time without stating any reason for the same.

All orders are non-refundable in any circumstances.
13. Returns and Exchange Policy
All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable in any circumstances.
14. Delivery Policy
Once your pieces are ready for delivery they will be dispatched in one or two working days. Once dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking information if desired. Delivery time is normally around seven to ten days. Under rare circumstances if delivery of goods does get delayed from the shipping companies’ end and we are not liable for the same.
15. Duties and Taxes
While ordering goods from us you will be considered as importer and it will be your responsibility to comply with the rules, regulations and laws of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
You as the receiver/importer of goods are liable to pay duties like custom duties of your country and taxes like sales tax, v.a.t. and such other as applicable. We will not be able to advise the amount of applicable duties or taxes.
