Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased from Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order with us, you ("Customer") agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: The Company provides shipping services within the territorial boundaries of India.
- International Shipping: The Company ships products to various international destinations. However, the availability of shipping services may be subject to local laws, regulations, and logistical constraints.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Orders: The standard delivery period for domestic orders is estimated to be between 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International Orders:
- The production period for custom-made products is approximately 50 to 60 days.
- Following dispatch, the standard shipping period for international orders is estimated to be between 10 to 15 business days.
Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to delays caused by customs clearance procedures, regulatory compliance, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Customs Duties and Taxes

All international shipments originate from our Head Office located in Ahmedabad, India. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees ("Import Fees") may be levied by the destination country upon arrival of the shipment.
For shipments to the United States, goods may be subject to U.S. Customs duties and tariffs as per federal import regulations.
The Customer is solely responsible for the payment of any and all Import Fees. The Company disclaims any liability for non-delivery of products due to the Customer's failure to pay Import Fees, and no refunds will be provided in such instances.
4. Shipping Partners
- The Company utilizes the services of reputable courier providers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, Bluedart, and others, to ensure secure and timely delivery of orders.
5. Modification of Shipping Address
- The Customer may request a modification to the shipping address prior to the billing or shipment of the order. Such requests must be directed to our Customer Care Team via email at sales@shyamalbhumika.com or by phone at +91-9833771342.
6. Store Pickup
- The Customer may elect to collect their order from a designated Shyamal & Bhumika store. The Customer must inform our Customer Care Team of their preferred store at least one to two days prior to the scheduled shipping date.
7. Order Tracking
- The Company will provide the Customer with tracking information via email once the order has been dispatched. The Customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information to ascertain the status of the shipment.
8. Missed Delivery
- The Company’s courier partners will attempt to contact the Customer prior to delivery. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery based on the Customer's availability. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made.
- Should all delivery attempts fail, the Customer Care Team will contact the Customer to determine the cause of the issue and to explore possible solutions.
