Refund policy

1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales made by Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) are final. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be permitted under any circumstances, except as expressly provided herein.

2. Damages and Issues
The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims of defects, damages, or incorrect items must be reported to Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at sales@shyamalbhumika.com. Failure to report such issues within the specified timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered. Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to inspect the goods and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement of the item in question, at its sole discretion.

3. Exceptions
The following items are expressly excluded from any return or refund:

• Custom-made and personalized products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on the part of Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd).

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding any rights that may exist under applicable consumer protection laws, customers residing within the European Union expressly waive any rights to cancel or return their order within the 14-day cooling-off period provided under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Due to the bespoke nature of the goods offered by Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd), all sales are final and binding upon confirmation of the order.

5. Limitation of Liability
Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of any products sold. In the event of a breach of this policy, the maximum liability of Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the product in question.

6. Fitting Assistance
Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) offers complimentary fitting assistance for up to one (1) months following the delivery of your outfit. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the outfit to our head office in Ahmedabad, India for any required alterations. Shyamal and Bhumika (SNB Fashions Pvt Ltd) will not be responsible for any shipping charges or associated costs.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy or the purchase of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
