Our standard customization period is 45-50 days, followed by a shipping
period of 4 to 7 days.

5. Is Cash on Delivery available?

No, we do not accept cash on delivery.

All orders are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Do I have to pay for alterations?

We offer free fitting assistance for up to 3 months after the delivery of
your outfit. However, the cost of shipping the outfit to our studio in
Ahmedabad will be borne by the client.

8. Is there a margin in the outfits in case we needto loosen them?

Yes, our outfits include up to 3 inches of margin to allow for adjustments.

9. Can you make and deliver an outfit in 10 days tothe US?

10. How should I care for the product?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Please avoid petrol wash or
washing with water as it can damage the fabric. Do not press the garment
directly with a hot iron.

While we do not have tailors associated with us in the US/UK

12. What if I don’t like the outfit after delivery?Can I exchange it?

All orders are non-exchangeable.

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and production begins.

India: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders within India.

International: For orders above USD 500, we provide free shipping. For orders under USD 500, a shipping charge of USD 30-40 will apply.

All Shyamal & Bhumika orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India. Occasionally, customers may need to pay additional import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches their country.

Customs Duties: Most orders do not incur additional fees, but if customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying them.

Responsibility: Shyamal & Bhumika is not responsible for non-delivery of orders if these duties and taxes are not accepted and paid by the recipient. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

29. Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can collect your online order from any Shyamal & Bhumika store. Please make sure to contact our Customer Care
Team and inform them of your preferred store for pickup at least one or two days before shipping.

Our courier partners will always call you before delivery to confirm your availability. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the order will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.

Rescheduling: Our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule the delivery. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made at the provided shipping address.
