We offer free fitting assistance for up to 3 months after the delivery of your outfit. However, the cost of shipping the outfit to our studio in Ahmedabad will be borne by the client.
In most cases, our outfits include margin for alterations. The expandable allowance may vary depending on the design, but generally allows for up to 2 inches of adjustment.
Ready-to-ship outfits can typically be delivered within 8–10 days, subject to availability. For custom-made outfits, timelines vary based on the design, embroidery, and shipping destination.

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Please avoid petrol wash or washing with water as it can damage the fabric. Do not press the garment directly with a hot iron.

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and production begins. As a result, cancellation or changes to orders are not possible after the transaction is completed.
We will share tracking details with you once your order has been shipped.
Once your order is confirmed, we will share an Order Sheet and Invoice with all relevant details. A dedicated team, including a senior designer, will assist you throughout the process. We also provide measurement guidance through instructional videos or a FaceTime/WhatsApp consultation with our experts.

All Shyamal & Bhumika orders are shipped internationally from our studio in Ahmedabad, India. Occasionally, customers may need to pay additional import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches their country.
Customs Duties: Most orders do not incur additional fees, but if customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying them.

Yes, you can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to make the change.
Yes, you can collect your online order from any Shyamal & Bhumika store. Please make sure to contact our Customer Care Team and inform them of your preferred store for pickup at least one or two days before shipping.
Our courier partners will always call you before delivery to confirm your availability. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the order will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.
Rescheduling: Our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule the delivery. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made at the provided shipping address.
